Job Description:
Overview:

The HR Coordinator position will provide administrative support for OVG Management team focusing on department staff schedules, recruiting, track hiring status of candidates and manage the game day check-in process.

This role will pay an hourly rate between $25.00.

Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until Sept 30, 2024

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the game day employee check-in process (requires weekend and night hours)
  • Assist with recruiting, scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Develop and update reports on HR activity
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to work independently and to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, including reporting, creative thinker.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexible hours including weekends, nights and holidays
  • Strong computer skills, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
