We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Data Analyst to manage and optimize labor expense tracking and reporting processes. This role focuses on analyzing labor lines, improving workflows, and building labor forecasts while leveraging advanced data visualization tools like Power BI.Responsibilities:Manage and track labor expenses, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Pull, analyze, and visualize data from Oracle, recruiting systems, and personnel databases using Power BI.Build and maintain comprehensive labor forecasts, ideally integrating workflows with tools like Nintex Workflow.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and automate workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy in labor expense processes.Ensure data integrity by auditing and validating numbers across systems and reports.Utilize Axium or similar budgeting systems to create detailed forecasts and support decision-making.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Background in HRIS, Accounting & Finance, or IT, with strong analytical and technical skills.Education:BachelorsExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Bachelor???s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field.3-5 years of experience in labor expense tracking, data analysis, or related fields.Proficiency in Power BIProcess improvement mindset, with a focus on automation and workflow optimization.Apply today to learn more!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
