Compensation: Up to $125,000 per year + Performance-Based Bonus + Employee Stock Options based on performance.

What You'll Do
As our Director of HR, you'll be both a strategic architect and hands-on leader, responsible for scaling HR operations across multiple states while promoting a people-first culture. You'll be trusted to make meaningful decisions, roll up your sleeves, and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culture & Values Champion: Align HR strategy with our mission, core values, and long-term business objectives.
- End-to-End Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to create 1-year and 6-month HR roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure HR practices are compliant with federal, state, and local employment regulations across multiple locations.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and proactively address areas for improvement in engagement, productivity, and retention.
- HR Technology: Oversee the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes.
- Learning & Development: Facilitate professional growth and leadership development across all departments.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the HR budget and allocate resources strategically to maximize impact.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provide constructive feedback and conduct timely performance evaluations.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 6+ years of progressive HR management experience.
- PHR or SPHR certification highly preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, multi-state organization.
