Must have relevant HR experience and leadership skills (preferably 5+ years, minimum 3+ years in a leadership position). - Lead the People Operations/HR team and manage the People Operations budget and resources effectively
- Oversee all HR functions (talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, culture and engagement, HR compliance, compensation and benefits)
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals and objectives
- Actively foster a positive organizational culture, and promote employee engagement and initiatives in alignment with business objectives and values to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Facilitate and support the complete employee life cycle - from sourcing to hiring and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits and general HR administration

- Excellent with time management including a high capacity for managing various projects and timelines.
- A strong ability to quickly build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
