We are looking for someone who enjoys people and wants to make a difference by teaching, training, and improving internal communication and culture.Researches and analyzes data pertaining to human resources. Implements programs to increase employee satisfaction. Helps identify and analyze any employee relations issues and possible resolutions. Administers human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Creation and Delivery of staff training.
  • Files documents into appropriate employee files & maintains records.
  • Develops, supports, and partners with internal teams regarding employee recognition and events/activities as needed.
  • Helps to roll out all HR initiatives including compliance matters.
  • Facilitate Employee Relations meetings.
  • Diversity & Inclusion planning, along with training.
  • Assist with policy and handbook updates.
  • Support and coordination of recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Social media posting from the aspect of recruiting and promoting the organization.
  • Work to advance the internal healthy culture of the organization.
  • Manage learning content for organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
