STS is looking to add an experienced HR & Executive Assistant to our team as the administrative team. The HR & Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and administrative HR tasks.
This is a full-time position and pay will be competitive based on education-level and experience and there is significant room for professional advancement.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Tasks:
- Assist with HR functions in collaboration with STS PEO partner.
- Help improve processes and programs to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
- Field basic questions and concerns from employees, providing answers or directing them to appropriate resources.
- Coordinate training programs and onboarding with new staff in collaboration with managers.
- Support onboarding processes, partnering with company leaders, external recruiters, and HR partners.
- Support company events and team member engagement activities.
- Help administer company wellness, benefits, and 401k programs, ensuring compliance and educating team members.
- Maintain employee and candidate tracking information.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Executive Assistant Tasks:
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
- Review, prioritize, and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Take notes during meetings and prepare minutes.
Education/Experience:
- Prior experience in a HR or Executive Assistant role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior dealership experience preferred.
- Energetic, with the ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
- Ability to work with highly sensitive information and consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office suite including strong Excel skills.
