• Ability to follow directions and work independently

• Flexibility to balance multiple tasks and interruptions while meeting deadlines with composure
• Must handle confidential information with good judgment.
• Neat, professional appearance
• Needs to take initiative and communicate well with team and supervisor
• Proficiency of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Position Description/ Job Duties

• The Human Resources office is a fast-paced work environment with opportunities to utilize any and all skills in your skills set.
• Frontline employees are first responders to questions relating to employment, payroll and benefits for all faculty, staff, and student employees.
• Responsibilities include customer service; answering questions from phone calls and walk-ins, data entry, filing, special projects, planning and working special events, plus much more.
