Job Summary:The HR Generalist will oversee portfolio HR programs including, but not limited to: on/off-boarding policies, compliance audits, background checks and KPIs related to the HR programs. This play an integral role in communicating with leaders, managers and associates across the account. This role performs a range of duties that include but are not limited to evaluating all current processes, tools and guidelines, owning compliance standards set by the client, and working collaboratively across teams in the U.S. and Canada.
