Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will oversee portfolio HR programs including, but not limited to: on/off-boarding policies, compliance audits, background checks and KPIs related to the HR programs. This play an integral role in communicating with leaders, managers and associates across the account. This role performs a range of duties that include but are not limited to evaluating all current processes, tools and guidelines, owning compliance standards set by the client, and working collaboratively across teams in the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities:
  • Owns and maintains centralized case management and communication tools
  • Creates and facilitates manager trainings as it relates to account service level agreements.
  • Own and manage client request audits as it relates to onboarding, offboarding, and compliance SLAs.
  • Oversee all on/off-boarding as it pertains to client including guidelines, process improvements, internal tools and communications.
  • Own, create, modify, and update Compass One resource center including tools and documents.
  • Provide support and partner with Compass One teams across the U.S. and Canada with needs including IT Equipment Requests/Returns, associate trainings reporting.
  • Deliver adhoc reporting and people analytics reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in creating owning knowledge bases resources (KBRs)
  • Experience in driving KPIs and SLAs as it relates to client audits
  • Strong writing, analytical and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in word, Excel spreadsheets, and presentation software (i.e., Adobe, Microsoft Office, Smartsheets)
