Job Description:
Permian Resources is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.General responsibilities include:* Facilitate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.* New Hire Events including luncheons, field tours, and 30-60-90 days check-ins* Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.* Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations* Maintain performance management documentation and track progress to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.* Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist with coordinating interviews and creating the overall candidate experience* Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.* Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and HR databases* Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance and updating HR policies and procedures as needed.* Takes lead with special projectsKnowledge and Skills include:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.* Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.* Ability to proactively take initiative.* Think critically and make decisions confidently.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.* At least two years of related experience required.* Oil and Gas Operator experience is preferred.
