What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional HR Generalist to join our dynamic. This role is critical in managing Employee Relations cases, conducting training sessions, overseeing recruitment processes, and facilitating coordination between stores and the headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Employee Relations Cases: Manage and resolve complex ER cases, including labor disputes and employee grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Training and Development: Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.

- Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

- Coordination: Act as a liaison between stores and the headquarters, facilitating effective communication and coordination. Ensure alignment of store operations with company policies and standards.

- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and productivity.

- Culture and Engagement: Promote and uphold the company culture and values. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.

- Complete other HR-related tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, training, and recruitment. Experience in handling labor disputes is essential.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent verbal and written expression abilities.

- Ability to manage stress and perform well under pressure.

- High level of diligence and a strong work ethic.

- Strong learning ability and adaptability.
