Their team at JFK International Airport plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services. They are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full employee life cycle and support their workforce in maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement, labor relations, and terminations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or manufacturing sectors and be bilingual in Spanish. The role is fully onsite.
