Job Description:

White's Honda Toyota is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on payroll processing using ADP and supporting recruitment efforts through Hireology. This full-time role is responsible for weekly payroll management, benefits administration, employee onboarding, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and align with our dealership's core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing:
    • Process weekly payroll for all employees using ADP, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping, deductions, and tax filings.
    • Resolve payroll discrepancies, manage employee inquiries, and maintain payroll records, including garnishments and benefits deductions.
    • Oversee processing of monthly bonuses for eligible employees.
  • Employee Onboarding & Benefits Administration:
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including payroll setup and benefits enrollment.
    • Manage benefits administration, responding to employee inquiries regarding health, retirement plans, and payroll-related matters.
  • Recruitment Support:
    • Post job ads, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate screening using Hireology.
    • Support management in hiring for various roles across the dealership.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and dealership policies, maintaining accurate employee records.
    • Assist with audits and ensure proper reporting for workers' compensation, FMLA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address employee questions and concerns regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
    • Handle employee relations issues with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing using ADP, with HR generalist experience.
  • Familiarity with Hireology or similar recruiting software.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
