We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist for our clients Forest, Virginia facility who embodies the values of Togetherness, Transparency, and Transformation. responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the
organization. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations,
performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with
labor laws and company policies. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work
environment and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization.
? Builds meaningful relationships with associates to cultivate a safe, trustworthy, and
supportive space.
? Participates in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
? Organizes events to engage employees, promote company culture, and support
HR initiatives; Lead special HR initiatives and strategic objectives.
? Assists with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, and coordinate the
interview process.
? Investigates complaints brought forward by employees.
? Coordinates employee development plans and performance management.
? Onboards new employees.
? Participates or leads company committees (Engagement, Safety, Community)
? Supports the Innovairre mission, vision and values throughout the organization.
? Supports employee engagement activities, including communication through
electronic boards, bulletin boards, and other means of communication.
? Produces and submit reports on general HR activity.
? Keeps up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
? Performs additional responsibilities as required to ensure the team's success
