The Human Resources Generalist performs a variety of duties to support the needs of hourly manufacturing employees as well as other salaried employees.
- Hourly & Salaried payroll
- Benefits administration
- Recruit, interview, select & board hourly positions
- Facilitate training on leadership and other HR topics
- Employee relations - interact frequently with employees and respond to concerns/questions appropriately. Serve as a fair and impartial coach to employees in various roles at all levels
- Continuously looks for ways to improve processes
- Participate in the weekly HR staff meeting
- Manage all paperwork and systems updates related to employee changes
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Help coordinate annual company events, such as the Children's Christmas Party, Adult Christmas Party and the Summer Picnic
- Assist with other HR projects as assigned
- Responsible for ensuring compliance in all areas of Human Resources and maintaining all compliance tasks in accordance with federal, state and company requirements. Understand, adhere and follow the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) including but not limited to T22, T23, T24, T29 & T30.

Required Experience: 2+ years previous HR experience or related experience. Education Requirement: College Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred, associate's degree will be considered.
