Job Description:

Current have a direct hire opening for an HR Generalist with our client located in Latrobe, PA. This role involves partnering with management to foster a supportive and compliant workplace through effective HR practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support managers and employees on HR issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain and enhance employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Coordinate and administer HR policies, employee training, evaluations, and records.
  • Facilitate HR-related communications, manage employee services, and support company events.
  • Participate in regulatory hearings and maintain compliance with legal requirements.
Essential Duties
  • Build and strengthen relationships across teams, promoting trust and teamwork.
  • Drive policy review and updates, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage attendance tracking and employee evaluations for hourly staff.
  • Provide support for employee inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Administer recognition programs and assist in training development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; HR certification (PHR, SPHR) a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years in HR, with a focus on employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate change and maintain composure under stress.
