This is a full-time, on-site position located in Toppenish, WA. RequirementsDuties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Provide support and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices and processes as well as utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion.
- Act as interpreter for company and employees, including translating company meetings.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
- Provide support to recruitment process and prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first day experience.
- Regulatory compliance including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and WPFML.
- Facilitate scheduled performance review process, providing guidance, tools, and training for managers and employees.
- Maintaining up -to-date personnel information and files.
- Escalate personnel-related issues.
- Manage worker's compensation claims.
- Process bi-monthly payroll via a third-party payroll service.
- Participation in Company Safety Committee.

Requirements:
- Bilingual - English & Spanish required.
- SHRM-CP required.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, OR 5-8 years progressive HR experience.
