- Handling employee complaints, disputes, and grievances, and mediating workplace conflicts
• Training and development
- Designing and facilitating training programs to help employees develop professionally
• Compensation and benefits
- Managing employee compensation and benefits
• Organizational culture
- Establishing and growing the organization's culture to increase employee satisfaction
• Compliance
- Evaluating information to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
• Communication
- Communicating with employees, managers, vendors, and the public, both in person and in writing
• Administrative tasks
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as budget monitoring, form development, and clerical procedures
*Experience with ADP Workforce Now & Bamboo HR* Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Preferred)
- At least 3 years experience in this role or a similar position, overseeing a staff of 50-100 employees.
- Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company

- Knowledge of computers to perform necessary tasks with common office and HR programs
