Join WellStreet Urgent Care-where healthcare meets purpose.What you'll do* Partnering closely with leadership, the HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies (communication, on-boarding, assimilation, talent management) in their assigned market* Works closely with the HRBP as needed on strategic HR initiatives that may include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Onboarding, and Recruitment* Proactively addresses employee concerns, leads and coordinates any necessary investigations* Partners with leaders and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires* Processes all unemployment requests, FMLA and Leave of Absences in an accurate and timely manner* Processes and maintains all worker's compensation claims in a timely manner and according with the company's policies and procedures* Keep abreast of Federal, State and local regulatory changes and ensure legal compliance* Ensures confidentiality and professionalism is maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential informationQualifications* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field* Three to five years of HR experience* Advanced verbal and written communication skillsExtra points for any of the following:* Experience in healthcare* Experience with UKGOur Guiding Principles: A Blueprint for SuccessOur collective mission is guided by a set of core values that define our culture and propel us toward success.
