This is a 6 month contract opportunity, on site downtown DC for the first month with some flexibility in the schedule following initial training period.salary: $35 - $37 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities+ Performance Management and Employee Relations+ Develop a performance management framework that details firm's cadence of check-ins, process to complete the check-in, significance of detailed documentation, and goal setting+ Provide professional expertise in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals+ Maintain Cornerstone, firm's performance management system including the execution of the performance cycle, staff communication around performance process, and any Cornerstone updates as necessary+ Compliance and Learning and Development+ Maintain expertise of legal requirements for day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws+ Educate department heads on company policies and procedures and ensure adherence by all staff+ Develop, implement, and maintain effective learning and development programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning+ Track number of training requests and type and translate data into insights that drive action plans at appropriate levels+ In consultation with Senior Director, Human Resources, identify org-wide and individual employee development needs+ HR Reporting (Headcount, Turnover, and Learning and Development)+ Create and maintain quarterly HR metrics dashboard and report on the following: current headcount, turnover rate, training expenses per employeeSkills+ Human Resources+ Performance Management+ Compliance+ Learning and Development+ PHR+ SHRM-CPQualifications+ Years of experience: 5 years+ Experience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
