This role ensures the seamless execution of daily HR operations, includingtalent acquisition, benefits administration, team member engagement, and compliance. As a keymember of the team, the HR Generalist will embody Triad's culture of collaboration, excellence,and innovation.This Role InvolvesTeam Member Relations• Develop and execute initiatives that promote company values.• Address team member issues and provide coaching and guidance to leaders on handlingsensitive situations.• Facilitate training programs to promote awareness of diverse perspectives.• Serve as the initial point of contact for team member-related inquiries, escalating complexmatters as needed.• Assist with the documentation, facilitation, and completion of team member exits asaccording to Triad policy, including conducting meetings and all follow-up responsibilities, i.e.any applicable severance documentation, unemployment communications, reference checks.Talent Lifecycle Management• Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop toptalent.• Work with recruitment team to facilitate the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding oftop talent aligned with Triad's values.• Along with recruitment team, collaborate with hiring leaders to identify role-specific skillsand competencies.• Execute background checks and verify team member eligibility.Culture and Performance Alignment• Partner with Triad's Culture Team to reinforce core values and integrate people-focusedstrategies.• Support leaders in conducting timely, constructive performance evaluations and resolvingteam member concerns.• Participate in disciplinary meetings and investigations with discretion and professionalism.Leadership and Team Development• Foster a high-performance culture within the teams.• Mentor and develop team members to build a strong and capable organization, throughperformance review programs.• Provide coaching and mentoring to leaders and team members to enhance their skills andperformance.• Oversee succession planning and career development programs to ensure a strong leadershippipeline.HR Operations and Compliance• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatoryrequirements.• Administer recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.• Administer HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, and performancemanagement.• Track and manage compliance for mandatory training and certifications (e.g., safety, antiharassment, and professional development).• Monitor adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations, updating policies to reflectevolving best practices.• Manage and mitigate HR-related risks and ensure the organization is protected againstpotential liabilities.• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful workplace.Financial Management, Collaboration and Integration• Oversee the HR budget and ensure alignment with Triad's financial goals.• Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and operationalimprovements.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between HR strategies and overallbusiness strategies.• Prepare and present HR reports to the Founders and the executive team.Continuous Improvement• Stay informed of trends in HR, employment law, and HRIS technology to recommend andimplement process improvements.• Contribute to cross-training initiatives as part of Triad's commitment to team growth anddevelopment.Qualifications• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and trust.• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learnnew or updated software• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn Triad's HRIS systems.Education and Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.• At least two years of HR management experience preferred.• Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR®) is a plus.
