Job Description- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation efforts as needed.
- Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
- Policy Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices and maintain accurate employee records.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Assist in the implementation of company-wide training initiatives.
- HR Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide support in preparing reports for management as needed.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment - working with both salary and hourly employees
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, performance management, succession management, engagement, workforce planning, diversity, and federal and state respective employment laws.
What's on Offer- Annual base salary of $70,000 - $85,000
