Job Description:
DescriptionWe are actively searching for an HR Generalist to join our team located in Apopka, Florida, United States.+ Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Develop and deliver an effective onboarding process to set new hires up for success.+ Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR matters, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and resolve workplace concerns.+ Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits programs, answer employee questions, coordinate Open Enrollment, and ensure the smooth processing of benefits changes and updates.+ Performance Management: Design, implement, and manage a performance review process, including regular feedback cycles, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) as needed.+ Policy Development & Compliance: Update and maintain the employee handbook and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures.+ Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that support a positive company culture, enhance employee engagement, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.+ HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR software systems to streamline processes.+ Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals, including workforce planning and retention strategies.Requirements+ HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.+ 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role managing all HR functions independently.+ Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.+ Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
