Pay Range: $55 - $58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and onboarding new employees, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  • Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Managing employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions.
  • Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees and managers.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Managing HR records and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with employee training and development programs.
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Keeping abreast of HR trends and best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Facilitating/presenting talent discussion with leaders, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint presentation skills, Drug and Alcohol Testing and Ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Candidate MUST haves: Familiarity with conducting succession planning and talent discussions.
  • Comfortable with presenting and executive facilitation.
