Assists with performance management, including employee evaluations and goal-setting, and coordinates training and development programs to enhance skills. Managing compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with firm policies and industry standards. Maintaining confidential employee records, develops HR policies, and ensures the firm's HR practices are consistent with legal requirements. Manage employee separations, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation.
