HR Generalist - Training & Development

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with expertise in training and development to join their organization. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive HR support with a focus on designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs.

Position Details

ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments through performance reviews and organizational analysis
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs across multiple formats:
    • Instructor-led sessions
    • Virtual learning experiences
    • Self-paced online courses
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of training materials and resources
  • Implement robust tracking and measurement systems to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI
  • Create and support employee development initiatives, including mentorship and coaching programs
HR Generalist Functions
  • Support full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle
  • Manage employee relations, including:
    • Performance management
    • Conflict resolution
    • Policy implementation
  • Process critical HR transactions:
    • Payroll administration
    • Benefits management
    • Leave of absence coordination
  • Ensure strict compliance with current employment laws and regulations
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to employees and management
  • Participate in broader HR strategic projects and organizational initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with significant focus on training and development
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations
