They are looking for an HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience to support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.

Salary: $65-75K

Location: Tigard, On-site (flexible work hours)Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, and new hire paperwork.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Oversee a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
• ADP payroll processing.
• Support employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.
• Stay updated on HR compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding best practices.
• Payroll experience
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP experience a plus).
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
