  • Be the Face of HR: Serve as a representative of the Company, displaying courtesy, tact, and discretion in all interactions.
  • Support Our Team: Manage HR-related questions over the phone and through email, covering payroll, benefits, performance, and more.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Working with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from screening candidates to recommending testing and background checks and conducting interviews.
  • Orientation & Training: Provide New Hire orientation, manage orientation materials, and assist new hires with benefits enrollment.
  • Wellness Initiatives: Manage and administer wellness programs, including newsletters and monthly communications.
  • Administrative Support: Handle time and attendance in HRIS, support employee recognition programs, and assist with Workers' Compensation.
  • Job Description Management: You'll update and maintain job descriptions, collaborating closely with management to create new descriptions to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Talent Acquisition Outreach: Maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and colleges to bolster our employment brand and recruitment efforts. You'll also represent our organization at job fairs to attract top talent.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be ready to tackle other projects and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating your versatility and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
