Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Human Resources team with talent acquisition including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and compliance
- Work directly in the HRIS system to pull and analyze reports
- Assist with benefits administration, leave programs, answering questions related to benefits and open enrollment
- Affirmative Action and DEI data analysis, reporting, and supporting activities
- Employee relations, disputes, terminations and investigations
- Assist with compensation surveys and requests
- Respond to HR inquiries and assist with communication of employee requests
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve results related to company initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Data analytics, customized reporting, strong excel skills
- Experience working with different HR Functions including employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting and talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, onboarding and orientation
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software and possess excellent communication skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field
- 3+ years of experience support HR related functions
