HR Generalist – Lebanon, PAThe OpportunityOur client, a leading designer, developer, and manufacturer of custom packaging products, has engaged us to identify an HR Generalist for their Lebanon, PA location.This position reports to the Sr. Manufacturing Executive and is responsible for establishing and maintaining an efficient and compliant Human Resource function.Other responsibilities include:Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsProviding guidance to managers and supervisors on company policies and documentation retentionAdministering benefit programs, including payroll and other insurance plansOverseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts, including conducting exit interviewsQualifications include:Associate or Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experienceKnowledge of HR policies, practices, and relevant regulationsSkills in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolutionProficiency in Microsoft Office; SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferredThe preceding is just a brief overview – contact us to find out more!Check out our website at www.availasearch.com!
