As an intern you will have the opportunity to gain real life experience in the workforce, and apply the skills acquired in school to your HR area of interest.POSSIBLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Under direction and supervision, the HR Intern will perform routine, delegated tasks based on the department needs to further expand their knowledge base in an HR discipline. These tasks contribute to meeting the daily needs of the department and are performed within all existing regulatory and BHcare standards, policies and procedures. Some of these tasks may include:
  • Provide administrative support to HR team members.
  • Provide assistance to HR team members to review and update all internal and external HR processes to ensure accuracy with HRIS and electronic personnel record.
  • File, scan and/or organize staff documentation into the electronic personnel record.
  • Provide Front Desk coverage, as needed.
  • Assist with special HR projects
Additional Information:
  • This is an unpaid internship
  • Duration of internship may vary based on Intern's availability.
  • Part time hours available with flexibility
  • In person required
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Matriculated in an accredited university Human Resources degree program (both undergraduate and graduate will be considered).
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, excellent organizational and communication skills, familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases preferred.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy is required.
