HR Manager -55069 Job Num: 55069 h5Job DescriptionPosition: HR ManagerLocation: San Antonio, TXIndustry: Manufacturing (Automotive)Salary: $85-95K (DOE)*SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR is required for this role.*Manufacturing plant experience is required.Position Summary: An automotive supplier for a major automotive manufacturer located in the San Antonio, TX area is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the daily human resource functions, including but not limited to identifying, analyzing and resolving human resource problems, providing technical support for the development and administration of specialized human resource functions and researching and coordinating communication of related human resource activities.Duties and Responsibilities: •Responsible for recruitment and retention of employees•Drives the implementation, communication and execution of all HR policies and procedures•Ensures HR readiness for launch of key business strategic objectives, developments and/or organizational change•Fosters and promotes a climate of positive employee and labor relations.
