Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality employees.4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.8. Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a strong understanding of labor relations.9. Leverage expertise in Workday to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.10. Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.Qualifications:1. Proven working experience of 5+ years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a manufacturing industry.2. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and Human Capital.3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases, particularly Workday.4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.8. Degree in Human Resources or related field.9. Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.10. Experience in managing labor relations and understanding of the manufacturing work environment. This is not just another job.
