Job Description:
Human Resources ManagerJohnson Motors is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Human Resources Manager with a passion to help people while providing support to the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources manager will run the daily operations within HR department as well as facilitate and process payroll. Human Resources Manager Responsibilities
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in implementation and enforcement of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll
Human Resources Manager Requirements
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • 1 year or more of previous HR experience
