Job Description:
HR Manager Position Responsibilities The HR Manager will have responsibility for providing general support to the HR and Safety teams. This will primarily include coordination related to recruiting, orientation/onboarding, training, certification tracking and reporting. Responsibilities will also include oversight of the random drug testing program and incident reporting/management. The position is based in Sidney, OH. ResponsibilitiesRecruiting, Onboarding, Offboarding, Training, Certification Administration, Drug Testing and Safety Incident Reporting Recruiting Post new positions Review resumes daily Discuss applicants with hiring managers Schedule interviews Conduct interviews Complete new hire onboarding Run Motor Vehicle Reports Run background checks Schedule drug screens Submit IT device request form Schedule orientation Complete new hire orientations and day 1 tasks Scan two forms of identification if they do not show in iSolved Take badge photo, create badges and upload photos to Safety Plus, Procore, iSolved Complete I9 audit and verify all is accurate in iSolved Add to counseling log Schedule 30 evaluation Add to Ohio new hire reporting Scan documents for Safety in their iSolved record: test, signoff sheet, receipt of safety policies Coordinate 30 day evaluations for new hires Send evaluation to manager and employee Process title and wages changes as needed after evaluation has been completed Coordinate uniform distribution with employee Process terminations Send email to stakeholders Process in iSolved Inactivate person from Safety Plus, HRMS Coordinate Training Schedule training classes and instructers Set up classes in the HRIS Run monthly training reports Maintain training records Work closely with Safety Manager and Operations leaders Coordinate Random Drug Testing Coordinate quarterly random tests Coordinate with Operations leaders and employees Maintain all files Coordinate Incident Management Ensure reporting parties complete full report documenting the incident and/or injury Coordinate post-incident drug testing same day as incident/injury Maintain records Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology or similar required. At least 2 years of recruiting experience REQUIRED
