What You'll Do: In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts-finding, attracting, and onboarding the best people who will fuel our mission. But that's not all! You'll also be the go-to person for day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience across the board.A big part of your work will focus on
recruiting top talent. You'll craft recruitment strategies, lead interview processes, and partner with leadership to build a world-class team. Alongside recruitment, you'll manage important HR functions, from performance management to employee engagement and HR compliance.

Your Day to Day:
- Recruitment Mastery: Develop strategies, source talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure an unforgettable onboarding experience.

- HR Compliance & Admin: Keep us up to date with labor laws, maintain HR systems, and keep employee records in top shape.
