What Success Looks Like:
- Closely partners with organizational leadership on a broad range of HR services, providing coaching and consultation that contributes to the client strategy and business goals.
- Leverage HR / business skills and knowledge to challenge or influence leadership in decision-making processes and acts a change agent in the business to maximize all aspects of people performance.
- Provides input on new and revised policies, programs, and procedures for employees and provides advice and recommendations to business unit management.
- Resolves complex and broad employee relations problems or issues.
- Oversees execution of human resources policies, programs. and implementation for all responsible locations.
- Accountable to ensure employee information such as personnel records and HRIS are up to date and accurate.
- Manage the leave of absence process to ensure employees are progressing with the goal of returning to work as planned.
- Facilitates employee investigations.
- Develops and sets employee communication strategy.
- Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate application and compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
Your Credentials:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or a related field required. Masters degree and/or HR certification preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing organizations.
- Multi-site experience.
- Expertise in a broad range of topics including employment law, organizational design and effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning, change management, culture assessment, employee/labor relations, and workers comp.
- Experience in working within fast paced, complex, dynamic business environment.
