Job Description:
Kforce has a client seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join their team in Saint Augustine, FL. This person will play a key role in shaping their HR strategy and fostering a positive and productive work environment.Responsibilities:* Lead the orientation process for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that sets the foundation for their success* Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives* Provide strong leadership to the HR team, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive change initiatives and support talent development* Act as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related issues* Address complex employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts* Create, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and industry best practices* Stay informed on labor laws and regulations, offering expert advice to maintain compliance* Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations* Partner with managers to identify opportunities for employee development and improve performance* Assess organizational training needs and design or source appropriate development programs* Implement career development and succession planning strategies to foster employee growth* Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement across the organization* Manage compensation structures, including salary reviews and incentive programs* Oversee benefits administration, managing open enrollment periods and vendor relationships* Establish key HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of HR programs and initiatives* Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making* Strong background in HR practices* Excellent communication skills* Passion for supporting employees while ensuring alignment with organizational goals* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
