Description
- The Human Resources manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the talent acquisition and the day-to day-functioning of the HR department
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and selection strategies
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Provide guidance and support in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
Profile
- You have at least 5 years' experience in a managerial HR role
- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Services or related field
- You have complete knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and excellent computer skills
- You have professional maturity and demonstrated good judgement
- You are an effective leader
- You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- You are a problem solver with proven ability to design and implement systems
- You are a strong team player
