Compensation:

* $80,000 - $85,000/year

What You'll Do:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will:

* Serve as a strategic partner to the Sr. Regional People Leader and collaborate with the Corporate HR Team to deliver high-quality HR administration.

* Oversee a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment/staffing, compensation, compliance, benefits, talent management, and training & development.

* Lead initiatives in key areas such as:

* Performance Management

* Succession Planning

* Collective Bargaining/Labor Relations

* HR Strategy

* Metrics Reporting

* Ensure alignment with company policies, values, and strategic goals.

* Manage and resolve HR challenges effectively while maintaining a professional and supportive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred (or foreign equivalence).

* HR experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus.

* Familiarity with HRIS systems and union environments is highly valued.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
