Job Description Reporting into the US Chief Executive Officer, this is the #1 HR role in North America. This HR Manager role will manage HR functions across all North American operations, focusing on the USA an Canadian businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong US HR experience ensuring compliance and effective execution against HR strategies within the US and Canadian markets. Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- HR business strategic support
- Talent acquisition
- Compensation and benefits
- Performance management
- Employee lifecycle management
- Policy implementation (in line with global processes)

- Strong understanding of US HR landscape (policies, regulations, laws, processed etc.)
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Ability to work independently, remotely
