Job Description:
Seeking a few HR Managers/Business Leaders and multiple HR/SR HR GeneralistEssential Job Functions of Managers/Business Leaders:--Lead the HR function for plant/facilities (all single plant locations)--Main duty is to keep the plant staffed with hourly and professional talent--Provide excellent Employee Relations to workforce and leadership team--Work with leaders at all levels to increase employee productivity, safety, quality, delivery and employee morale--Develop HR policies and procedures as needed --Ensure plant is in compliance with all Federal and State labor, employment, W&H laws and regulations--Provide guidance to all leadership on all people issues--performance issues, behavior issues, etc.--Create an environment where all levels respect HR due to their proactiveness and engagement--Put in place all needed training, processes, programs to increase employee retention and engagement--Conduct any investigations as needed--HR Team would administer employee benefits.--Track all plant HR metrics and provide monthly reports to leadership team--Assist with all Safety/OSHA compliance and administer Worker's Comp--Provide a HR presence throughout these facilities--everyone should know this person-high visibility--Most jobs are non-union environments, however one is a union environmentEducation and Experience Desired:--All plants want someone with a 4-year Degree--preferably in HR or Business--Desire is to have individuals with at least 2 years of Management experience and 3-4 years of Generalist experience--Prefer someone with PHR/SPHR or other equivalent HR certifications--Person must be very detail oriented and proactive--this is not an office job. --Want someone who isn't afraid to get on the shop floor and talk with employees and supervisors/managersJobs pay from 100-125k plus bonus.HR/SR HR Generalists:--Perform all aspects of HR as required by HR Managers/Business Leaders--Strong emphasis on Employee Recruiting and HRIS/Payroll Administration--Good employee relations skills and technical HR skills--Prefer a BS degree and someone who in a few years could be a HR ManagerJobs pay from 65-90k DOEIf interested, please apply to system below or for immediate attention email TONY at ...@metzss.com.
