Job Description:
Manage the preparation and processing of new hires in the human resources information system (HRIS). Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of personnel files, including I-9 forms, background checks, and drug testing documentation. Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed. Review HRIS to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies related to new hire preparation and processing. Provide support to new hire employees with self-service inquiries or issues related to the HRIS. Collaborate on writing and updating accurate job descriptions for active roles within the organization. Performs other duties as assigned.
