Role: HR Operations - Associate DirectorDepartment: Human ResourcesKroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC ( KBRA ), a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization ( NRSRO ) is seeking a dynamic HR Operations Specialist who will support benefits, compensation, HRIS implementation, and process improvement. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, keen on collaboration and has a strong work ethic. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and will partner closely with all members of the Human Resources team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design of thoughtful HR processes and HR Technology solutions that focus on automation, standardization and efficiencyProactively identify and assist in evolving process and policy improvements to increase efficiencies and productivity in HR operational processesServe as project manager for the planning and execution of benefits, compensation and performance evaluation cyclesSupport the implementation and administration of employee benefit plans, wellness programs, policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, health, life, disability and 401(k)Serve as HR vendor management liaison for vendors such as HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, CompensationPartner with internal Finance and Payroll vendor to ensure employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner, including reconciliation of payroll feedsCollaborate with Business and HR colleagues regarding ad-hoc reporting, workflows, and projectsLead employee communication sessions for Open Enrollment and New Hire Benefits Orientation, including the preparation of materialsAssist in training content, implementations and employee communications on new HR technologyServe as a regular contact for staff, internal HR, insurance vendors and/or third-party administratorsQualificationsBachelor's degree required6+ years of HR operational or project managerial work experienceExperience with HRIS and Payroll Systems (ADP)Experience managing benefits administrationExperience partnering and managing HR vendorsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate dataComputer proficiency with advanced technical skill in ExcelFinancial services or related industries strongly preferredAttention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and prioritiesActively identifies problems and opportunities for change and implements solutions where appropriateSalary RangeThe anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $150,000.
