HR/Payroll Generalist

The successful candidate is a quick learner who will seek first to understand, work with the current team to get up to speed, utilize and synthesize work that has already been done to get up to speed quickly in the business. ROLE

This role is responsible for supporting TMRW's population. This position administer assistance to our employee payroll and HR programs. The right person will be detail-oriented, comfortable in an all hands-on deck environment. This role is fully remote

OUR EXPECTATONS OF YOU

* Day-to-day management of the payroll and benefit programs, both in the U.S. and internationally

* Prepare HR reports as needed

* Ensure all account balances are correct and in compliance

* Work with payroll administrator UKG to resolve any payroll issues

* Work and collaborate with various vendors

* Be the primary resource for employees with payroll inquiries or concerns

* Oversee the onboarding process through our HRIS System, ensuring the process is smooth for all entering employees

* Handle confidential matters with discretion

* You will use our candidate tracking system to effectively track the interview process and ensure data integrity at every step

You must be an enterprising self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on flawless execution. You will work closely with our Accounting & Finance team for payroll reports

What You'll Need To Succeed

* BA/BS Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience required

* The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in payroll and HR operations and Benefits

* Preferred but not required: International payroll experience

* Background in HR Operations

* A thinker and problem solver

* Experience working cross-functionally with demonstrated collaboration skills

* High level of attention to detail required

* Advanced Excel skills preferred

* 2+ years of experience with UKG required

* Comfort working at a very fast pace, in ambiguity, and amid the scrappiness of an early-stage startup environment

* Speak comfortably in a variety of settings

* You're an excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of integrity and friendliness

* Understanding of healthcare and fertility industry a bonus

* You are a curious collaborator and strong team player

The semi-annual base salary for this position is between $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for TMRW's equity incentive and discretionary annual bonus program based on performance and subject to the terms of TMRW's applicable plans.
