This role combines multi-state payroll administration for 500+ employees with hands-on HR responsibilities, including employee relations at the Connecticut site.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR/Payroll Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:
✅ Process biweekly payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states, including California, using ADP Workforce Now, while ensuring compliance with multi-state payroll regulations.
✅ Oversee employee relations at the Connecticut site, addressing workplace issues, fostering engagement, and supporting HR initiatives.
✅ Maintain employee records, including salary changes, benefits, tax information, and work status updates.
✅ Assist in benefits administration, managing health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee programs.
✅ Create requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support the hiring process.
✅ Coordinate new hire orientation and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
✅ Prepare payroll and HR reports for leadership review.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
📌 Experience: 3+ years of HR experience, including payroll administration across multiple states.
📌 Payroll Scope: Previous experience processing payroll for 500+ employees is required.
📌 Software Expertise: Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is required.
📌 Multi-State Payroll: Familiarity with California payroll regulations is highly preferred.
📌 HR Skills: Experience with employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives at a site level.
📌 Education: A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
📌 Confidentiality: The ability to manage sensitive employee information with discretion.
