This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance payroll duties including bonus payments and broader HR responsibilities, such as new hire on- and offboarding, PTO and Leave administration, global EOR platforms, and benefits administration.Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration:
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees on a bi-weekly basis.
- Maintain payroll records, including time sheets, tax documents, and pay adjustments.
- Calculate and verify wages, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and benefits.
- Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with global finance team to reconcile payroll-related accounts
- HR Support:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all paperwork and systems are updated.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave.
- Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and HR-related matters..
- Systems Management:
- Manage and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll systems such as ADP, Deel, etc.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support HR and payroll decisions.
Experience, Skills and Competencies:
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Deel, SAP or similar).
- Strong knowledge of payroll and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR/payroll systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
