Tri County Care Management Organization (CMO) is a non-profit organization that provides care management (case management) services for children with complex behavioral, developmental, or addiction challenges in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren counties. We believe that the communities we serve receive the best level of care when working with an organization that is committed to anti-oppressive work that fully values the identities and contributions of all members of society.We are currently seeking a full-time, 35 hour per week, Human Resources/Payroll in our Branchburg, NJ office to assist with processing payroll, talent acquisition and onboarding, benefits administration, and related HR administration processes.This is a hybrid position and aTEMPORARY LEAVE REPLACEMENTThe ideal candidate for this position will have:Excellent organizational skills and be detail-orientedSuperior communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesCompetence in using various technologies such as MS Office Suite, HRIS softwareFamiliarity with payroll systems, Paycom experience a plusThe desire to support a mission-based organizationResponsibilities include:Process payroll for 120+ employees on a biweekly basis.Support recruiting efforts with advertising, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and managing ATS. Participate in the interview process.Complete background checking processes, manage onboarding, and coordinate new employee orientation.Benefits administration- manage enrollment, changes, and terminations for medical, dental, vision, and supplementary benefit plans. Participate in Open Enrollment planning and administration.Maintain electronic employee files.Track and complete ongoing background check requirements for all employees.Prepare employee correspondence.Participate in planning special events.Associate's degree in business, human resources, or related field required. Bachelors preferred.2-3 years of experience in human resources and/or payroll processing.Experience with Paycom preferred.
