JOB Summary: The HR Plant Administrator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day HR administrative functions within the Kingstree manufacturing facility. Duties include items such as being the HR point of contact for all plant employees, maintaining employee files, data entry, invoicing, and supply management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist in addressing basic employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and employment practices at the Kingstree plant.

* Maintain all hourly Kingstree employee files both in-office and electronically.

* Assist with both the onboarding and offboarding process for Kingstree employees.

* Implement the performance management process within the Kingstree plant. Conduct trainings for employees on goal setting, for managers on performance review and feedback process.

* Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.

* Implement training & development programs in alignment with the global HR programs and initiatives.

* Implement company-wide HR policies and procedures within the Kingstree plant.

* Assist in the communication of HR policies, programs, and initiatives to plant employees.

* Partner with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure Safety and Compliance targets are met and drive a culture of safety at the plant.

* Participate in audits related to HR practices and documentation.

* Manage facility office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

* Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries and manage outgoing mail.

* Primary building facilities contact to schedule any maintenance or meeting room requests as needed.

* Security Badge System: Handles updating new employees and termination of access.

* Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, catering, maintain the office filing system, etc.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE:

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2-4 years of work experience in Human Resources.

* Must have exceptional attention to detail.

* Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.

* Must be a self-starter and driven.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically within Excel, and PowerPoint.
