Our client in the HR industry is seeking an HR Professional 3 to join their team. As an HR Professional 3, you will be part of the HR Hub supporting employee relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of employee relations practices, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.Job Title: HR Professional 3Location: Orlando, FLPay Range: Based on experienceWhat's the Job?
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on employee relations issues
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, performance management, and company policies

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or related field
