We havean opportunity for an experienced HR Program Manager who will be responsible for leading critical initiatives, driving key projects that impact business outcomes! This includes setting long-term objectives, allocating resources, and being responsible for the execution of sophisticated, multi-year programs. This position reports to the VP HR Planning & Analytics. As a key member of our team, you will partner with senior executives and business leaders to lead dynamic, high-impact HR programs that support organizational growth and transformation. We will be looking to you to be responsible for driving the operationalization of our HR strategy, running multiple workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment, and developing scalable, high-performing HR processes and programs! This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work onsite in our Pawtucket, RI office 3 days per week. A day in the life of an HR Program Manager:
- Project Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams working on high-priority HR projects. Oversee the completion of initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Change Leadership: Serve as a change agent, leading change efforts that impact large segments of the workforce. Develop organizational change strategies, ensure effective communication, and provide direction for leadership teams to foster adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with various business units, including Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure alignment on HR initiatives. Influence partners to ensure the successful integration of HR programs into business processes.
- Process Governance & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by establishing governance frameworks for HR programs. Innovate and streamline processes, building scalable solutions for project management, prioritization, and HR service delivery.
- Executive Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular updates and insights for senior executives, HR leadership, and board members. Analyze data and performance metrics to ensure programs are meeting strategic objectives and driving value for the organization.
What you'll bring: - 10+ years of HR program or project management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Shown success leading strategic HR programs and initiatives collaborating with senior leadership.
- Expertise in partner engagement and driving organizational change.
- Extensive experience with process optimization, governance, and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills, including high level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to decipher data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to operationalize a strategy in an organized, structured way.
Compensation Range, Currency USD: - Starting Pay Range: $116,400
- Pay Range End: $174,600
